Terms and Conditions 

Bookings 

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% must be paid in advance to secure your booking. The remainder of the balance must be paid on the day of your session. We also accept full payment in advance of your session if you wish. Failure to pay balance will result in interest being charged and/or services being withheld. 

• Cancellations of within 24 hours notice of your session will be charged in full. If you cancel in advance (outside the 24 hours notice period) then only the deposit will be taken.

• Any changes to your booking must be made in writing and at least 48 hours before your session. Changes required after this time will be at the engineer's discretion.

• Special requirements for your session must be made at the time of booking. Late requests cannot be guaranteed and may be liable to extra cost.

Behaviour

• In the case of group activities under the age of 16, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure the welfare and behaviour of minors. For every four minors, they must be accompanied by one responsible adult.

• Please note photography is accepted on the premises. For those under 16, Child Protection rules apply.

• You will be held liable for any equipment damaged by a member of your party while on the premises.

Mixing / Mastering

• Please allow 14 days for mixing and mastering. Longer times may apply for large volumes of material.

• We strive to provide a high quality finished product, but please be aware that quality of the performance will dictate the final outcome.

• If you have any specific mastering preferences, consultations with an engineer can be arranged.

Complaints

All complaints must be made via email at complaint@appleyardstudios.co.uk or in writing to Appleyard Studios, Unit 3a, Russet Farm, Redlands Lane, Robertsbridge, East Sussex, TN32 5NG. No complaints will be dealt with over the phone.
